Witt UK acquires The London Fan Company
Witt UK Group have completed the acquisition of a counterpart. Managing director Martin Booth signed the final documentation on 21 April 2022 for the purchase of The London Fan Company assets and business. The deal means that two of the UK’s oldest industrial fan manufacturers will now be based in Halifax at the group’s UK
