Eagle House, situated on City Road, near Old Street & Jamie Oliver’s fifteen restaurant is an Art Deco inspired building of mixed use development offering 206 private 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments, penthouse suite & 34 social housing units, Basement Car Park, Offices & Retail Units over 26 floors.

PSB UK Ltd recently completed this prestigious project consisting of three firefighting systems to three stair hubs to all  26 floors each protected by a PSB UK Ltd lobby smoke control system consisting of smoke dampers, roof mounted smoke extract fans, environmental fans,  mechanical AOV, lobby ventilators and a PSB UK Ltd PLC driven control system.

The Basement Car Park is a single level with a single entry/exit via a vehicle lift.  A fully ventilated system compliant with current Building Regulations and in accordance with British Standards to provide smoke dispersal in the event of fire.
