PSB UK Ltd has been awarded the smoke control system on the Spring Mews project. LJJ ltd of Stockton on Tees. Spring Mews is a mixed use development incorporating a 400 bedroom student accommodation, a 93 bed hotel, offices, retail, a replacement community center. The student accommodation comprises of three linked buildings fronting Tinworth Street.
